These Terms of Use explain the conditions for browsing and interacting with the zavelloz website. Orders are separately covered by our Terms of Purchase.

1. Using the Website
You may use the website to explore travel organizers, review product information, make lawful purchases, and communicate with our support team.
You must not use the website to commit fraud, impersonate another person, obtain unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, or interfere with the security or availability of the store.
Automated activity that disrupts our services or attempts to extract information without authorization is prohibited.
2. Information Provided on the Store
We work to keep product descriptions, prices, availability, and policy information accurate. Information may be updated when products change, an error is identified, or store operations are revised.
General packing suggestions are provided for convenience. They do not replace product instructions, airline baggage rules, security restrictions, or destination requirements.
If a listing contains a material error affecting an order, we will address it under the Terms of Purchase rather than treating the error as permission to supply a materially different item.
3. Intellectual Property
Website branding, original text, photographs, graphics, and other protected materials belong to their respective rights holders.
You may view these materials for personal shopping purposes. Reproducing or using protected content commercially requires permission unless applicable law allows the use.
Nothing on this website transfers ownership of our brand or another party’s intellectual property.

Where account features are available, provide accurate information and protect your login credentials.
Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect an account, or maintain website security.
Such restrictions do not remove our obligations concerning legitimate existing orders.

Disputes may be brought before a competent court in Xiamen, China, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere. This clause does not require a consumer to give up non-waivable protections or access to a legally available local forum.
11. Updates
Revisions will be published with an updated date. A revision will not retroactively change an existing purchase or remove a claim that has already arisen.
